Default Professional Firefighter Feedback Needed ASAP

We are working with a manufacturer on next generation Firefighter PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). If you are currently an active professional or volunteer firefighter your feedback is GREATLY appreciated and may well contribute to developing better PPE.

The survey is short and quick to complete please take a minute to complete it if you can. The data is needed within a couple of days. Thank you in advance.

I'll be the first to ask - why don't you care what volunteer firefighters opinions are?

I considered doing so, but then they asked for my life story...

Apologies for the unclear wording. We would also greatly appreciate the thoughts and opinions of volunteer firefighters.

The survey has been restructured so that less personal info is required. Getting your thoughts and feedback on personal protective equipment is the goal of this survey.

What a stupid format. It asks if I use goggles, I say no then it makes me answer a series of questions about goggles I don't use.

    Sorry I am out.

    Me too.

    Really poorly constructed survey.

Your survey appears to have been constructed by some high school kid with rudimentary computer skills.

Frankly, I am suspicious of anyone who doesn't identify what company THEY work for, or who they are doing the survey for.

You don't suppose we just got scammed somehow do ya? I was pretty vague when they asked specific questions like dept. name and where I shop.

I didn't mess with it after I clicked the link the first time. Just felt shady to me. I'm willing to help out someone that wants to help us out, but I'd like to know who they are first.

Stopped after the first page when they needed my department name. What does that matter when it comes to PPE?

    1. Whats the difference between a Professional Firefighter and a Volunteer Firefighter if I may ask? Did you possibly mean to say "Career" firefighter maybe possibly?

    2. Who are you, who do you work for, and what is your position in the company or organization?

    3. Why do I have to identify my Organization?

    4. As others have stated, your survey sucks, I quit halfway through. Tighten it up a bit, identify yourself and your organization and maybe I'll reconsider completing it.

I guess the fact that we told him his survey sucked and he didn't want to identify himself drove him away. Sure builds confidence that it was legit doesn't it?
