No, I never attended an academy. That section was written poorly.

However, I did have to have FFI, FFII and EMT-B before I could apply here, which I got on my own time, which was the point.

In addition, for this specific job, I was also required to have Fire and Life safety Educator I & II, again, on my own time.
Caught in a lie once again... with you it is pathological, isn't it?

Dedication to our fellow firefighters: BAD
    Dedication to our job: BAD
Being proud of the job and those who have done the job before you: BAD

Ya, that's exactly what I said.

I believe I stated that I support the fact that both my departments are 100% alcohol free including off-site banquets at local restaurants. And I did state that any decision regarding alcohol is a local one based on local factors and conditions.

Conrad, I'm willing to bet he has several of those "No one can force me (insert "cool" thing here), I'm a volunteer!" shirts.

Look at the bright side. The alcohol thins his blood, delaying a cardiac event.

Again, I likely have taken just as many classes as you over my 33 years, with the vast majority of them on my own time, except for the academy which was a paid gig, and yes, that fact matters.

    How about .. No.

You really think that an 8-member department has an academy?

Hires must have a minimum of FFI & FFII prior to hire.

I don't know the names but, I like the one in the middle. And before anyone starts yelling at me Gilligan was probably twenty years before my time, and anyway I liked F-troop.

Ginger all the way. As the old adage goes, "Red on the head, fire in the bed!"

Bobby would probably refuse to put that one out, too.

Spin it, use smoke and mirrors, change the subject, but the fact remains you LIED.
