Default popped my structure fire cherry

About 10:30 last night the tones came and I was getting ready to have a good night of drinking with the old lady. Dispatch said reports of a structure fire. Made the first truck and when we arrived on scene the house was fully involved! We did a defensive attack. Knocked down the fire and the fire was out. Afterwards we hit hot spots For about 4 hours. Needless to say it was quite the experience and I'm glad I caught a structure fire instead of drinking.

This probably would be better in the volunteer section. Cherry at home or at the fire???

Uhhhhh no. You popped your rubbish fire cherry.

Your structure fire cherry pops when you are on the knob of the first in line on the inside.

Its certainly exciting to go to a fire especially of that magnitude and I hate to rain on your parade but as said above a fully involved anything is basically a big rubbish fire.

When you are crawling down some god forsaken hallway banked down to the floor, then its showtime.

side note, 4 hours?!? How big was this house...

That included "cuddle time", a cigarette, and a shower.
