    Default Blue Canary Rule


    I have seen other videos of this incident where you get to watch the police car pull right up to the scene and then back out but this one is much better quality. Unfortunately, it does not show the cop pulling in like a boss to "handle" things but, you do get to see him bug out.

    Altogether, a good reason to have a pair of binoculars handy even if you are not a hazmat unit.

    Yes, I am back. The vitriol seems to be much lower lately.

    Ah, the good ol' Russians. Not a particularly bright bunch there, especially when it comes to driving.
