    Check the manufactures web site
    Or with water utility

The threads should be lubricated with “never sieze” or a light grease. The caps should be placed on hand tight and then taken 1/4 turn with a spanner wrench. In freezing climates, the threads may be coated with propylene glycol to prevent the cap from freezing to the nozzle.
