In a little while I will be giving a little talk to a preschool class (teacher requested) about fire safety and firefighting. I planned on covering basic fire escape (stay low, get out) and "Firefighters are friends" to get them to not hide from us as well as the usual "don't play with fire" warnings. I would also like to send a letter home with them for their parents encouraging them to make a family fire plan, however before I make my own letter I wanted to ask if anyone had made a similar letter aimed at the parents of young children about fire escape planning. If you have such a letter please shoot me a message I would love to get some help, why reinvent the wheel after all.
