Does anyone know where to find a posting or list of departments that are in need of used equipment or gear?

he has a list of departments that need equipment, and Helping Our Owns main mission is to get the equipment donated to the needy departments, and there is NO LIABILITY for the donating depts.
i am the Arkansas coordinator for H.O.O
and i have two new startup departments within 50 miles of me that dont have anything in the way of basic firefighting equipment
