    WE ARE A STATE FIRE DEPT. AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FLSA . THAT DEALS WITH SUPPLEMENTAL PAY. WE READ SOME WHERE THAT 106 HRS. IS STANDARD PAY, OVER THAT IS CONSIDERED SUPPLEMENTAL.
