I don't know the whole story, but what I saw wasn't pretty. They painted an ugly picture of the fire/police/ems in the interview. I can understand why no one went in the water after him, suicidal people tend to take rescuer's with them, but they didn't seem to be doing anything? The reporter talked about "A" rescue boat that never came. I am from a town of about 7,000 people with a small river in town that you can walk across and we have "A" boat, I would think Philly would have more than one boat(kind of like saying their "Fire Truck" was busy). Much like other video's and interviews from the past I am sure there is something that you didn't see, but I agree they got a "Black Eye" with what was shown last night.
