Saw the Branford Chief on another channel giving a very professional interview -- expressing his disappointment, but also not hiding anything. Basically, neither firefighter was on their current roster of certified boat operators and that is an issue the Chief will deal with.

Was a pretty funny picture of the boat stranded up on the rock!
