I have read just about all of your posts, been to NYC to attend funerals, been to the "pile". I wanted to let you and all of your brothers, we will NEVER forget.

I would like to talk to you about The IAFF memorial we have here in Colorado Spring but I don't want to tie up your post. My e-mail address is tank1023@msn.com
If you and your brothers are interested in coming to the service this year please contact me. I am part of our Local 5 committee. Thank you.

    Stay safe.

[quote] In addition to the 341 active firemen lost, 3 retired FDNY members perished all of whom worked as Fire Safety Directors in the WTC. Captain James Corrigan, FF Philip Hayes, and FF Bill Wren gave their lives the same way they had lived most of their lives, as NYC firemen. On September 11th, these men were firemen without helmets and bunker gear. They put aside their own personal safety and worked alongside of their "brothers" under the direction of FDNY Chiefs at the scene. They gave their lives to save others. We are asking the city to include these forgotten men in the number of lost members (344) and honor them in the same fashion. We are grateful for all of your support. - J. Brendan Corrigan (son of fallen retired Captain James J. Corrigan)

    To the Cavemen of E-40 & TL-35,

They will never be forgotten. And you will always be remembered for all your efforts.
