If you have not seen it, the story is on the home page. This fire department is in my county, about 20 miles from mine. They lost everything that they had except for the turnout gear that most of the members take home with them. They were loaned apparatus, and are back answering calls, but they still don't have much other equipment to work with. If any of you have equipment at your stations that isn't being used, and would consider donating it to this the Ringgold VFD, please contact by e-mail at cfr3511@firehousemail.com. I can get you a contact there or I can arrange to get anything that you may have to them. Thanks a lot in advance if you have anything to donate, or if you don't, thank you anyway for you thoughts of saddness or prayers of support. Asking for a little help for them seemed like the least I could do since my department didn't have much equipment to offer them. Thanks again on their behalf.

Hi cfr3504 me and a friend of mine heard about that. So we decided to take action and try to help by creating a website. The website is for firefighters and departments nationwide that need help due to an accident of some sort. We just created the page so Ringgold Fire Department is our first topic. We are looking to add more. I encourage all fire and rescue personnel to check this website out and pass it along to help firefighters nationwide. They help us lets help them and if u are a firefighter here is your chance to help a brother.
The website is: www.expage.com/firerelief
