Has anyone out there had any experience dealing with microbial products in general??
In particular, Micro-Blaze??
My dept. is starting to look into them and we are looking for some testimonials-both good and bad. Especially any environmental concerns.

IM VERY FAMILAR WITH THESE PRODUCTS AND YES IN SOME CASES THEY WORK WELL BUT LET ME CAUTION YOU ON ONE POINT , CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL EPA REP , THERE IS A FINE LINE IN THE FEDERAL REGS BETWEEN MITAGATION AND REMEDIATION , ONCE YOU CROSS THAT LINE YOU COULD BE LIABLE FOR THE CLEAN UP (I HAVE SEEN IT HAPPEN) THEY ARE ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE ,START BY CHECKING WITH YOUR CITY/COUNTY REP , THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW IF YOU CAN USE IT

Thanks, HAZMATL7, we're in the process of asking for input from the State DEQ, as we are a state Regional team and would need their approval before using any of the product anyhow. We were mainly looking for some testimonials or case histories to determine if the whole idea is even worth pursuing.
Thanks again for your help!
Stay safe!

There is an article in the Feb/March 2001 Hazardous Materials Management magazine you may want to read. The materials are available through Atofina Chemicals Inc, Philadelphia, PA
