We have found that opening up the side of the vehicle or getting the front doors off to expose the footwell area. The vertical dash "jack" using a spreader tends to give you a VERY large opening. Cut an opening along the base of the a post and insert the spreader to lift the dash. The plus of this method is the large opening it gains and there is no ram blocking the path of patient removal.

I need a question answered. Someone told me to always avoid "pretentioners" when cutting a roof for a dash roll. What is a pretentioner?
