I am currently in Arizona a right to work state. We are not currently entitled under state law the freedom of collective bargaining. We also do not work under a contract or MOU. What are the Pros and Cons of having this? This is a issue that our Association will be pushing for in the future, hopefully it will be a federal law in the future! input greatly appreciated..
