Looking for information for retirement plans for the volunteers. Already have a good plan for the paid staff. Looking at a Roth plan but not sure how to write it up. Anyone already have a plan? Thanks for the help.

Chief,
Our volunteers are in the Texas Statewide Emergency Services Retirement Act. This program is administered by the Pension Commissioner Morris Sandefer. I'm sorry I don't have the number of his office with me but if you call Helen Johnson with the Austin office of the State Firemen's and Fire Marshals' Association at 512-454-3473 she will be able to get you the information you need to contact a representative of the Pension Commissioners office. Hope this helps!

Forget my first post. Didn't notice you weren't from Texas until after I posted. There is a Fire Chief in the Dallas Fort Worth area with the same name as you. Don't think the texas plan will help you. Sorry
