The Rockland County Fire Training Center, located 20 miles northwest of New York City has one of the first Flashover Simulators on the east coast. Many east coast departments have come to our training center for this training.
It's about a 5 hour drive from the BWI Airport. That's where many of the Rockland County instructors and fire officers shack up in hotels for the Firehouse Expo. I can give you directions if you need it or you can call them directly at (914) 364-8800 and ask for the director of training.

I may be mistaken, but I beleve the Montgomery County, MD Fire Academy has a Flashover simulator. You might check with them.
