    Post Chevy Suburban Magnesium Fires

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have lately had a few newer Suburbans stolen of course!! What do you expect its Los Angeles And have arrived on scene to find them fully involved with fire. Upon applying H20 near the drivers side floor board dash area beneath the steering wheel we have seen those great white sparks and flash of Magnesium burning. We are not sure yet exactly what part it is but be aware that there is a magnesium danger in newer Suburbans in that area. Use copius amounts of water and have hoods in place with goggles or facepiece on. The flash is quite impressive it definately will get your attention. Proceed with extra caution in that area. Its stubborn to put out so keep the water comin...got to cool it down may take awhile!!
    Stay SAFE
