Need help developing Tech. Rescue Standards

Hey gang, I have been tasked by my agency to develop yearly skills check-offs, for confined space and technical rope rescue. Hey ya bum, i thought that was you in the NFPA 1670 topic. Looks like we all have the same problems! It seems like ALL the Companies with Rescue Squads need to get togather and share info.....like that will ever happen! Rob H.
