Two places I know of,
One is the RIG school, they advertise in the trade magazines
the other would be Chief Mike Shannon of Oklahoma City FD, he gave a seminar at FDIC last year and as far as I know is repeating it this year.
I believe SPEC Rescue Intl. also can provide that type of training, they trained us in lifting and moving operations and we had a crane on loan. Not extensively in depth, but good info.

Hello Billy, We are haveing a Large Underground Work Contactor Come to our Area and give us a Trench Rescue Class,, we asked them do to the amount of Work being done in our areas on Tele Commo stuff AND Major Highway Expansions,,, Alot of Crane and Rigging Companies offer this to us FREE when working in our area so we are familure with the SOPs used by the Company and Types of Equipment utilized,, Try some of these Companies that are Large Crane Providers and or Manufacturing ...
