If you connect to Firehouse.com using AOL.com; Read This Post:

Many of us that use AOL.com as our ISP to connect to the Web, have expierenced some strange behaviors of the Firehouse.com Forum Features -- the helpful features like the Light Bulbs and the Dark Colored Unread Folders, and the You Last Visited record. The WebTeam has put considerable effort into trying to resolve these problems for us and has developed some very worthwhile Tips that help to correct or minimize these problems. Here is a list of the current Tips and the Locations to find them:

Start by reading the "Frequently Asked Questions" section by clicking the "faq" tag at the upper right corner of the Forum Main Page or click here on: http://www.firehouse.com/interactive/boards/faq.html .

Next read the article at: http://www.firehouse.com/aol.html that suggests some important changes to your AOL "Preferences" settings.

And then read a "how to do it" post in this Forum titled "...Lightbulbs and Last Visit Date..." at http://www.firehouse.com/interactive...ML/000025.html which instructs you how to delete and then rebuild your Firehouse.com browser "cookies" using the "Preferences" link located on the top of the Forum pages.

And ... you can always contact AOL.com Tech Support at 1-888-265-8006 for help with checking your AOL and Windows settings.

If you're still having problems, drop the WebTeam an e-mail via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of a Forum page; they will do their best to help you out.
