What happened to the Emergency! link?

Where did the Emergency! link get to? I know I can go through the web link section to get to the Emergency! stuff, but it was nice when I could go through the opening page. No big deal, just thought I would ask.

Sorry, but its impossible to leave a link to every special report and story on the front page or interior main pages. A link to this story still exists in our News page under Special Reports.
