Login

I use a shared computer, so I can't store my name and password, when I click the login icon on top of the Forums page, I looks like it just refreshes. Am I missing something or should you add a login section to the main page? I did notice the when I wish to post a message then I am required to sign in, and I noticed a place to sign in here, should this not be available on the main page. Thank you in advance.
