I have no bone to pick with the moderator but I would be interested in hearing a little
from them about the nuts and bolts of how moderation is done.
For example:
Is each message read by someone?
Do they act only when someone complains?
What are the standards that are considered when removing something.
Like I said I have no problem with how this forum is run. I just am curious about the
details and I'll bet a lot of others are too.
How bout it web-team. Can we "peek behind the curtain?"
I've reposted this from elsewhere. And by the way for those who cry "censorship" I follow another board for sailors. A one time great board but one whose owners will not moderate. And it has been taken over by a few overbearing asses and is serious decline.
I like moderation.
In moderation of course.
