About LinkBacksI wanted to know what crew that was in the video clip of the 1st plane hitting the towers. These firefighters were in the street around a manhole cover when the plane goes overhead.
I hope those guys are still around...God Bless 'em.

I understand that they were starting to film a training video when the attack occurred.

Just came across your question. The news reported that the FDNY crew was on the scene of a natural gas leak in the manhole and an independent TV reporter just happened to be there to film it. Hope this helps.

I've heard from a reliable source that it was a training video being filmed. It is also my understanding that the chief in it is BC Ray Downey of Special Ops. I am not sure who the others are.
