    My mistake, It was the Florida Fire Chiefs that opposed 1710.

    Setting the record straight: the International Association of Fire Chiefs supported and participated in the NFPA 1710 process. This was reported frequently right here on firehouse.com.

    In addition, the IAFC has published a 1710 decision guide, available for download at http://www.ichiefs.org/departments/1710guide.htm.
