update on wagon-11

wagon-11 was an Emergancy-One pumper hush style. the fire contain to the cab, it happen outside of a residents while on an medical local. they marked up responing fromt he portable, and then came back on the radio saying it is are firetruck that is on fire. the fire was started from the arrow bar in the rear. but the shorting was in the cab.
