At approximately 13:22 cst feb 11, a frontal edge bringing winds of estimated speeds of over 100 mph raced through our district in NW Illinois. The worst winds were in a narrow band and destroyed buildings and trees that got in its way including ripping the roof off a house in rural Elizabeth and injuring its occupants. We responded to numerous calls of trees across roadways, powerlines down and a semi rollover due to the wind. Power was restored at 18:50. I'm in Stockton. Would be interesting to track storm across country on one wire. If you were involved in this storm please reply.
