At appx 2114hrs the Ludwigs Corner Fire Company was dispatched by the Chester County Fireboard to a reported working dwelling fire on Font Rd. in East Nantmeal Twp. Upon arrival, Asst. 73 reported a single story dwelling well involved. A Second Alarm was transmitted as well as a request for 2 additional tankers. Initial reports of a juvenile trapped inside the home proved false. A nearby hydrant was utilized to support a tanker-shuttle operation. 6 Tankers, 5 Engine Co's, 2 Rescue Co's and 2 BLS responded on the incident. The alarm was placed under control at 2254hrs. The Chester County Fire Marshal's Office is currently investigating.
