A fast moving dwelling fire, claimed 4 lives in the early morning hours of July 4.Three of the victims were DOA at the scene and the 4th adult died at the hospital with severe burns. The fire was so intense it spread to three other dwellings, and damaged 3 others before it was brought under control by Philly firefighters. The cause of the fire is under investigation at this time.

0353 Hours- E-55 reports he has heavy fire showing in a 2 story dwelling, and is spreading on either side of the original fire dwelling. He request that the BOX IS FILLED OUT.

0356 Hours- Rescue 1, Deputy 2 and Medic 8 are dispatched.

0402 Hours- B-8 reports he now has 4 row homes, fully involved in fire. TRANSMIT THE SECOND ALARM
