Philadelphia Pa. 3 Dwellings damaged in 2 - Alarm Fire
Philadelphia Pa- July 7, 1999
Philadelphia Firefighters brought under control in 40 minutes a 2 Alarm blaze in North Philly that started in a large 3 story MOR and extended on both sides to similar size dwellings. At the same time in South Philly, firefighters were also fighting a 1 alarm fire in a row house which damaged two other homes and required the special call of two additional engine companies and two medic units. The Phila. Second Alarmers were also pressed into service by covering both fires at the same time with SA-1 at the Extra Alarm fire, and SA-2 at the South Philly incident.
