Philadelphia Fire department had a trench rescue/recovery on Tuesday 8-3. Two
died from being electrocuted by underground power lines. one victim remained
in the trench and PFD Rescue 1 had to do a complete trench operation to
remove the body. The whole operation took approx. 3 1/2 hours. A third was hospitalized
yesterday after a jackhammer they were using hit an electric line.
