11-12-99 @ 07:35hrs., Tactical Box 27-1 (Sta. 27-Sellersvile) was transmitted for a dwelling fire at 130 E. Township Rd. in Sellersville Boro, Bucks County, PA. Chief 27 first on radio received report from communications that there was possibly two occupants entrapped in the dwelling. Chief 27 arrived at 07:38hrs. and reported 2-story single family, with heavy fire from the 1st. floor on side 1. All occupants were accounted for and were removed by neighbors before fire dept. arrivial. First due E-27-1 laid a 5" supply line from Ridge Ave. & Diamond St.(apporx. 1000'). Fire was attacked with 2-1&3/4 handlines.Ladder 27 arrived and was set-up on side 1 of the dwelling. Two additional engine companies were requested at 07:40hrs. Chief 27 set up Township Command at 07:41hrs. R-59 (Silverdale) and E-26 (Perkasie) responed on the additional engine requests. Two additional engines were requested by command at 07:45hrs. This brought E-74-2(Souderton,Montgomery County), and E-75-1(Telford,Montgomery County) to the scene. At 07:48hrs, Command requested one additional engine company and an air cascade to respond to the scene. Tower 61(Hilltown Twp.) and Special Service 58(Trumbaursville) took these assignments. Command reported that all visible fire was knocked down at 08:10hrs. Companies were in the process of opening the 2nd floor walls and ceiling for extention. Fire placed under contol at 08:40 hrs. E-18 (WestEnd-Quakertown) covered Sta. 27. Also assisting at this incident: Medic 151(Grand View Hospital ALS), Pennridge Regional Police, and North Penn Goodwill Canteen. This incident is under investigation by the Bucks County Fire Marshall's Office.
