A first alarm fire in the Brownstone Restaurant on W.Broadway was contained to a single alarm. Heavy smoke was reported upon arrival as companies found a fire in the kitchen area. Engine 8,4,7,5 Ladders 2,3 Squad 1, Battalion 3 and Deputy 1 responded. Companies made a quick attack on the fire preserving this City landmark.
