An early morning truck fire on I-295 as it passes through the Nations Capital snarled rush hour traffic in the Washington Metropolitan Area as traffic was at a standstill in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia as firefighters From DC FIRE & EMS battled a blaze in truck loaded with paper that had turned over and ignited.
