On Saturday 04/08/00 members of York County Special Rescue task force and Baltimore County ART team performed a 9 hour sucessfull rescue of a 16 year old from a 9ft deep trench. Victim was buried from waist down. Teams had to fight cold weather driving rain and high winds. Victim was extricated and expected to fully recover.
