    Post Laughing Dispatchers

Ok, one night a few months ago, our county dispatchers were up to something wierd. During that whole day, all the dispatches were coming in like this: "Medic 353 cover 355, a cardiac emergency.. cardiac emergency (laughter in background), 2000 County Line Road, Lower Moreland Township (long pause with laughter)." Almost every dispatch came in like this, and all the dispatchers were doing it. The funniest one that night was as follows: "Phila Medic 95 & 353 cover 355 an overdose...(long pause) (pause)... no, no.. 4766 Huntingdon Pike, Bryn Athyn Borough, 22:15".
    Us: "355-2 responding to 4766 H.P."
County: "Ok... 355-2 , uhm... the uh.. uhm... the drive... watch out for the driveway it's kind of strange. ." The same "information" was sent to both the Phila. medic and 353.
