A fire that was started accidentally by a heating gun used to remove paint heavily damaged a 1 family house. All people that were home escaped unharmed. The attic sustained heavy fire damage while the second & first floors sustained water & smoke damage. East Stroudsburg & Stroud Twp. Fire Depts. were dispatched for mutual aid. Ironically, 14 months ago, a fire that started the same way damaged the exterior wall & eaves of the house.
