Ladders 551, 554 Engines 525, 523 B.C. 505 Dispatched on a duplex fire on S. Mahaffie St. Ladder 551 was first on scene and reported flames through the roof. Ladder 551's crew stetched a small line inside to find fire in a second floor bedroom. A second line was deployed to the other side of the duplex to check for extension. Once all units arrived ventilation was performed and a back-up line was also deployed. Very little fire extended into the attic and fire was placed under control about 20min. after arrival.
