Aug 10 - Shortly after 1 AM units were dispatched to 11219 Lake Overlook Place in Lake Arbor, Md. for a reported townhouse fire with possible occupants trapped. Within minutes, Engine 461 arrived on the scene and notified responding units they had a working house fire. Engine 331, Rescue-Engine 333 and Tower 33 arrived shortly after and gain access to the front security door while an attack line was advanced through a second floor window via a ladder. The fire was found in a rear bedroom and quickly extinguished. It had extended into the hall and stairway landing of the second floor. All occupants had escaped through a second floor window prior to the arrival of fire department units. Both were treated on the scene and transported to local hospitals with minor injuries. Investigators determined the cause to be electrical. Units cleared the scene at 2:40 AM after overhaul was performed.
