Wednesday, 12/5/00 approx 17:00. A bus from same facility attempted the same u-turn and collided, this time with a Cadillac. Hurst Tool used on the Cadillac. 7 ambulances transported, some with 2 patients. Mutual aid from Middle Island, Manorville, Shirley, Rocky Point.
