Heavy damage to the room, 1-13/4 line handled fire. No injuries reported. Fire Investigation handled by B/C6c(Tickner)

2 window washer about 15 ' from top floor were stuck and unable to move, R1 made up retrieval lines and brought them up to the top floor, 1-20 year old male was treated by EMS and transported to ER.

Assisted and apprehension of subject
R2 was responding to assist on the High Angle Rescue and came across a police emergency, while apprehending 1 female subject who assaulted a shop keeper Firefighters Morgan and Porter topped her and waited for arrival of WPD.

Upon arrival of R1 found no entrapment but possible 4 ejection's from an overturned mini van, This was a 2 vehicle crash with a total of 5 victims all treated by WFD on scene and transported to CER, 1 patient was flown to CER by Trp 4. All companies received a congratulation from Chief Armstead from job well done.

Upon arrival found 2 vehicle crash involving a Car vs. Bus, Heavy passenger side damage to car with (1) patient inside. No entrapment -- use cutters to remove "b" post and rear door for better patient extrication, (12) people on bus all refused. Transported (1) to Christiana with M1 on board (priority 1)
