Default 2 Alarm commercial Bldg Fire

WSFD crews were just wrapping up from early morning house fire when crews were dipatched to a Bldg. fire at a vacant Commercial structure. E-5,E-16,A-1, A-2,C-2. Crews found Heavy smoke conditions inside bldg. Several small fires inside bldg, sprinklers kept fires in check. 2nd alarm E-6,E-4,E-1. Speacial called for Volunteer companies Lg Exhaust fan to help with smoke removal. Another great job by the WSFD!

Hi! A couple of questions regarding your post. Does WSFD refer all ladder companies as aerials, or are there still service trucks in use with any companies? Also, on the 2nd alarm is that the standard assignment in that there is no truck company assisgned? Thanks!

In the WSFD there are NO service trucks, All are aerials they are going to be changed over to Truck Companies in the near future. To the second part of your question On 2nd alarms The aerial is speacial called. Hope this answers your questions. Any futher just get me a call thanks.
