12-17 over box dropped, Dover E-1,Phila. E-17 (in place of Phila. Tower 11) Chief 2, Smith Ambulance Medic 64, "Confirmed Structure Fire" 1500 blk N. Wooster Ave. Off-Duty Dover Captain arrives on scene reports working fire in basement. E-1 on scene hits plug advances 1 3/4" line to basement. E-17 ordered to asist with checking for extension and search. E-17 find heavy smoke on 2nd floor primary search negative.
