Our department is currently using the Plmo-vent source capture exhaust systems. If you are also using the Plmo-vent brand, who is doing the service/maintenance work?

Plymo-vent Exhaust Systems

We have the Plymo-Vent system (3 tracks for vertical exhausts on the engines & rescue, 1 hose for the side exhaust on the truck). Works pretty well most of the time, but have had several problems with the sensors (pressure switches). Sometimes they stick on, and the thing won't shut down, other times it won't kick on when you start a truck. The company who installed it does the service, but they aren't very responsive to calls. Sometimes it has taken several calls over several weeks to get them to come out when we have a problem. The problems are 99% pressure switch related. With a little patience and a multimeter you can adjust them yourselves, and replacing them is easy. The company that installed ours is:
412 Lincoln Hwy. W.
Jeannette, PA 15644
What kind of problems have you had with your system?
