E-One HP105 Platform Problem

Has anyone who owns an HP105 experienced any problems with the black plastic fexible covering which protects the air line that runs up the ladder?

Ours broke apart last week during routine usage, was sent in and repaired and occurred again the next week as it was being extended at a multiple.

Any help would be appreciated.

Judging from the lack of replies... I would have to conclude that noone has experienced a problemt with that!
