Just wondering if anyone else out there buys new fire trucks with standard transmissions, or if their newer trucks are standard. Up until we got our new tanker, 3 out of our 4 trucks were standard. our first due engine , a 1991 ALF is a fuller 6 speed, our 1963 dodge power wagon patrol is a 4 speed, and our out of service tanker, a 1974 brockway had a 13 speed road ranger. anyone else have first due engines in stick?
