Post anyone shearing lugnuts off their axles?

We've had several sheared lugnuts come off our axles lately. We have Rockwell axles under a 3D pumper. We can't be the only ones with this problem. Anyone else?
thanks

    Billybob
Check the rated pounds of the front axle and then check the apparatus on a scale to see if you are over the rated capacity of the front axle. Also check to see what the true groud axle capacity is. Sometime builders will put a certain axle limit on a unit and the tires and rims, and suspension are not rated to carry the axle limit so your true ground rating is not what the total axle limit is.

Try going to the NAEVT website and doing a search under lug nuts. There was a running discussion on this topic a while back.
