Pierce Contender on Kenworth 4 door chassis...
Has anyone put one of the these into service yet? We are looking at them and so far are pretty impressed.

There were 2 Kenworth T-300/Pierce pumpers in service in Northern Florida when I was there last January. Both towns (Madison & Jasper) were quite pleased with the new rigs.
Both rigs are pictured on the Rescue-Net web site. Just take the link and go to the Firefighting & Tactics section. Go down to the 02/04/01 post and the follow up for the pictures.

More! You might want to take a look at the web page for Walhonding Valley Fire District OH. They have photos of the Kenworth/Pierce engine and heavy rescue truck that they purchased. The photo of the engine is on the apparatus page.
