On behalf on the Castle Shannon Vounteer Fire Department, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the families, and brother firefighters of our fallen commrades. We are in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 800 miles away, and I can not tell you how much this hurts us. We can only hope that God will watch over their souls and protect us as we go on with our job. In this time of sorrow, we realize that the risk we take is great, but these heros made the ultimate sacrifice in an effort to save the lives of others. They left us doing what they lived for. They left us doing what they loved. Our prayers are with all.
